Delivery

Once you place an order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may simply change your mind. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are intact.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain exceptions to our policy. We cannot accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
